Exciting Opportunity for a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice

O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice. As a key member of our Perth Heavy Vehicle division, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the auto glass industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading glass
  • Crane and machinery fitment
  • Completing the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Developing the skills and capabilities to repair, replace, and fit windscreens on heavy vehicles to Australian Standards
  • Learning how to complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Delivering an excellent experience to our customers
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to learning
  • Customer-focused and able to deliver an awesome experience to customers
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • Reliable and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn the trade
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required
  • Must be fit and healthy, with no lifting restrictions
