Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance and support to resolve their issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide fast and effective technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, articulating updates and solutions in a concise and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues, using diagnostic techniques and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Record events and problems, and their resolution, in logs to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer support.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of multiple systems, including Network, Telephony, Unified Communications, and Cloud.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a help desk technician or in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
