About the Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Kinetic IT, providing high-level technical support to our diverse customer base.
This is a permanent full-time role, based in our Melbourne CBD office, with flexibility to work from home (WFH) throughout the week.
As a confident resolver, you'll work effectively across a wide range of IT-related issues and requests, playing a key part in delivering our award-winning customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing technical support via face-to-face and remote channels
- Prioritize requests, with strong documentation skills to ensure efficient ticket resolution
- Share lessons learned and process improvements with your wider national team
- Work confidently under pressure, escalating to cross-functional teams as required
Requirements
- Prior experience in an IT Service Desk/Customer Technical Support environment
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shifted environment
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new processes accurately
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full Australian working rights required
