About the Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk Technician to join our team at Kinetic IT. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face and remote support
  • Prioritize requests and document resolutions effectively
  • Share knowledge and process improvements with the national team
  • Work confidently under pressure and escalate issues as required
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an IT Service Desk/Customer Technical Support environment
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shifted environment
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full Australian working rights required
