We are looking for Service Desk Coordinator to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

**Requirements**:

- Align service delivery with SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Triage and assign tickets to technicians based on severity and impact
- Align staff processes to ensure service reports are accurate
- Reviewing tickets to ensure high standard customer service is maintained
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Manage the escalation of issues and ensure proper communication channels are in place
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify training needs and provide training to technicians to improve skills and knowledge
