**Your Organisation**

This leading FMCG organisation based in the South-Eastern suburbs are recruiting an experienced Sales and Administration Support Officer to join their team. A leader in its field, who benchmarks the quality of products it takes to market; this organisation is driven by the values it has built its business upon. In turn this creates a supportive and innovative team to work within. It's busy, it's challenging but they have fun every day

**Your Role**

Your role will be varied and supporting the entire team with administration and some customer service support. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Supporting the Sales Team with sales administration
- Process customer orders
- Complete order tracking for customers
- Liaising with potential customers
- Market research/Website tracking and data entry
- Freight Coordination
- Manage leads funnel
- Report generation as required using MS Office Suite
- General Administration duties

**Your Profile**

You will be tech savvy and you will be confident and able to communicate well with all levels of management - both internally and externally.

You will work well as part of a small team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be solutions focused and enjoy the interaction with both potential clients and existing clients. You will have a natural ability to work well with deadlines and with urgency as the business builds and grows.

You will have advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce graphs, tables and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data.

You will enjoy taking ownership of your role and providing support to both the sales team, Directors as well as clients.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong background in a similar role and be driven by core values of excellence, dedication,and respect along with the ability to work in an ever changing, agile and growth centric business.
