About the Opportunity

As our Customer After Sales Support Officer, you will handle inventory after-sales support, warranty and change of mind returns, Great2GO supplier program customer service, and supporting New Zealand e-shop customer service escalations. In this role, you will also:

  • Handle post-sales customer inquiries and provide timely and courteous responses
  • Facilitate the warranty claim process, ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and delivery details

About You

As part of the Vision Store team, you should have proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a supply chain or retail environment. Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a supply chain or retail environment, is encouraged. You will also have:

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer support platforms
  • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service
