Customer Service Officer - Solar & Renewables

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team player to join our Solahart dealer in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Join a small, friendly team committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service levels.
  • Convert incoming leads into sales appointments for our sales team.
  • Support sales activities and follow up on new and existing leads.
  • Handle customer communications professionally as the first point of contact via reception and phone.
  • Administer solar installation paperwork processing.
  • Process customer invoices, rebate claims, and orders.
  • The role entails approximately 50% customer inquiry handling and 50% administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or administrative roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent phone manner with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to convert inquiries into sales appointments.
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with office technology, procedures, and best practices.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
