Role Description
The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for a positive post-purchase experience to drive high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You'll use your customer-centric focus to identify and implement strategies to generate revenue and deliver an outstanding, high quality, and memorable post-sales service for our customers.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, particularly in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to identify customer needs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Product knowledge and experience in conducting training sessions
Proficiency in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong organisational and time management skills
Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
