Automotive Sales Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for a sales professional to join our dynamic and growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with vehicle dealer networks and promoting aftermarket solutions to their sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the dealership sector, ideally with experience in the aftermarket sales area or developing relationships with dealer networks. A high level of motivation, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing relationships with dealers to promote and sell a range of aftermarket solutions
- Providing ongoing training and support to clients and working with their sales teams to achieve successful outcomes
This is a full-time position with a mix of home and on-road responsibilities. You will be required to have a full and current driver's license and enjoy the freedom and autonomy to manage your day. You will be given plenty of training and support with the opportunity to really make this your own.
The salary package includes a solid base salary, super, comms, phone, laptop and a fully maintained vehicle. OTE $110 - $130k + car with the opportunity to earn more as the region grows and develops.
