Automotive Business Manager Job

A leading car dealership is seeking an Automotive Business Manager to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Job Summary:

This prestigious automotive organisation provides a streamlined sales process and ultimate customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance, insurance, and aftermarket products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level service to customers and manage all aspects of finance, insurance, and aftermarket products.
  • Introduce and utilise finance options to retain sales and delivery of vehicles.
  • Present aftermarket options to potential and previous clients.
  • Identify and exceed customer needs during the buying experience and form long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records on all transactions via various systems.
  • Present finance and insurance options to customers.
  • Ensure that all encumbered vehicles are paid out in the specified timeframe.
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional manner when communicating with financiers and insurers at all times and maintain current accreditations.

Requirements for Success:

  • Previous vehicle sales experience or major brand experience is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly building positive relationships.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong process management skills.
  • Assertiveness and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business and customer requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Recent national police clearance or willingness to obtain one.
