Wayne Phillis Kia is seeking an experienced Aftercare Sales Manager to join our team and provide exceptional post-purchase service to our valued customers.

Role DescriptionThe Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for a positive post-purchase experience to drive high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You'll use your customer-centric focus to identify and implement strategies to generate revenue and deliver an outstanding, high quality, and memorable post-sales service for our customers.
Qualifications- Experience in sales, particularly in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to identify customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Product knowledge and experience in conducting training sessions
- Proficiency in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
