We now have an opportunity for an Aftermarket Sales Consultant working on the Audi and Jaguar Land Rover brands located at Hawthorn.

This role brings a unique opportunity for someone wanting to start a career in selling, build on their current selling skills or get a foot in the door of the luxury car industry.

The key responsibilities of this role will require the successful person to:

  • Meet or exceed personal sales and manufacturer set targets in relation to all aftermarket products
  • Effectively handle customer enquiries via phone, internet or walk-in visits
  • Have a clear understanding of the products available and be able to demonstrate benefits to customers
  • Build and maintain ongoing and effective customer relationships
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner to secure sales
  • Effectively follow up on all paperwork and documentation, including warranties

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous automotive aftermarket experience or retail experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High level organisational skills and ability to be a team player
  • A positive 'can do' attitude with enthusiasm to succeed
  • This role is 5 days per week, Saturdays are required with an RDO during the week. Sundays are not required.

The annual base salary for this role is $60,000 expected earnings for on target performance are within the $100,000 - $110,000 range per annum.
