**About the Role**
The Governance Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing governance forums, and administration functions for the Service Delivery team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as the Governance Administrator will include but not be limited to:

- Taking thorough meeting minutes
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and service providers
- Provide secretariate support for Governance forums.
- Preparing and controlling various reports
- Ensure papers are collated, received and adequately reviewed key stakeholders in advance of all sessions and deadlines are met.
- Prompt and proactive handling of internal and external stakeholder requests, in particular responding to requests for reporting and documentation.
- Working with the Service Delivery team to communicate important updates
- Collating detailed packs and reporting on behalf of the Head of Operational Governance and Risk to support the Leadership Team meetings.
- If schedule conflicts are identified, assess and determine appropriate action to resolve/mitigate any identified scheduling conflicts.

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience liaising with vendors

- The ability to think strategically, particularly as it pertains to scheduling and coordination of deliverables on behalf of the team
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced, quickly developing environment
- Confidence to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team
- Versatility and an all-rounder, happy to lend a hand wherever needed. No job too big or too small
- Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry ideal
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work well with incomplete or ambiguous information.
- Competent data analytical and adaptive problem-solving skills that can be applied in a broad or generally defined environment.
