Key role in the Development & Regulation team at Ku-ring-gai Council
Job Overview:The successful candidate will coordinate the administration of the Ku-ring-gai Local Planning Panel (KLPP) and provide essential support to the Sydney North Planning Panel (SNPP).
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operation of the KLPP.
- Provide high-level administrative support to KLPP and SNPP members and stakeholders.
- Organise KLPP meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage distribution of reports and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication on panel processes and decisions.
- Assist with logistics, including travel arrangements and expenses for panel members.
- Support the Director of Development & Regulation and Manager Development Assessment Services through correspondence, reporting, and meeting follow-ups.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and policies.
