We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our governance processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our Governance Division. This includes:
- Preparing and coordinating meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate records
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Developing and implementing effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification or experience in governance administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality business papers and proficiency in using Microsoft Office software at an intermediate level are highly desirable.
