Build a team that thrives.We're looking for a passionate and experienced Workspace Experience Manager (Full Time) to lead operations across two clubhouses in central Melbourne.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our workspaces deliver 5-star hospitality experiences while running efficiently day to day.
From member engagement to operations, team leadership, and financial performance, you'll be at the centre of it all.This is a leadership role where you'll foster a vibrant, connected community, drive operational excellence, and guide your team to consistently deliver standout service.
Your role will be instrumental in creating spaces people love to work in.What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to):Lead daily operations, including workspace, café, serviced meeting spaces, and events.Manage and mentor your team, creating a culture of collaboration, feedback, and personal growth.Be the key point of contact for members — from onboarding and relationship management to resolving concerns and celebrating wins.Collaborate with the Customer Experienceteam to deliver engaging events and community experiences.Track retention and occupancy metrics, lead renewal conversations, and support the sales team with workspace tours.Own clubhouse P&Ls, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.Coordinate with landlords, building management, and contractors to maintain building standards.Oversee OHS and risk practices to ensure a safe and welcoming workplace.Support Hub's B Corp and Carbon Neutral impact initiatives through on-site leadership and participation.QualificationsWe're Looking For Someone Who:Has 4+ years' experience in customer-facing environments like coworking, hotels, or hospitality-driven spaces, with 2+ years in a leadership role.Is passionate about client relationships and developing high-performing teams.Brings strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, staying calm and solutions-focused under pressure.Is confident in managing budgets, reporting, and day-to-day operational logistics.Communicates clearly and professionally across all levels.Has experience with Level 1 IT and AV troubleshooting to support smooth clubhouse operations.Additional InformationWhy you should join us:Lead two vibrant Melbourne clubhouses and mentor a team in a fast-growing, values-led business.Make your mark in a role with autonomy, variety, and leadership visibility.Access personal development opportunities, mentoring, and leadership exposure to take your career further.Enjoy great perks like a Wellness Fund, Volunteer Leave, and a paid day off during your birthday month.Join a team that's certified as a Great Place to Work, and part of a certified B Corp and carbon-neutral business that truly walks the talk.Join Our Team
