Project Manager - Technology and Workspace Delivery

This is a unique opportunity to lead multiple technology and workspace projects, responsible for planning, tracking, and transitioning services while keeping everything aligned with business goals.

As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in managing project delivery, coordination, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, experience in project delivery or change management, and familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple technology and workspace projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 SOE refresh, device refresh, meeting room upgrades, migration from Serraview to Cisco Spaces, and implementation of new Visitor Management System.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and service transition activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendors.
  • Track project progress, financials, and benefits realization.
  • Prepare and present updates to senior management.
  • Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Use JIRA boards to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in project delivery, coordination, or change management.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools.
  • Excellent time management and scheduling abilities.
  • Understanding of technology environments and service transition.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships.
