Are you passionate about creating inspiring workspaces and delivering excellent customer experiences? We're looking for a proactive, people-driven Assistant Centre Manager to oversee one of our dynamic flexible workspace centres. If you're a natural leader with strong operational know-how and a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally at all times.
  • Manage the centre's P&L, track performance metrics, and submit monthly reports to support business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the community team, driving a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
  • Handle member onboarding and departures, resolve member inquiries efficiently, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Host and lead VIP tours and client visits, showcasing the centre's value and community spirit.
  • Foster strong relationships with building management and external vendors, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • A positive and approachable personality with strong leadership and operational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead a team and represent the brand.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for creating outstanding experiences.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience in co-working, serviced offices, hospitality, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
