Workplace Ambassador Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Workplace Ambassador, enhancing our office environment and delivering exceptional service to visitors and employees alike.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, welcoming visitors and employees, handling arrivals, access passes, and enquiries. They will also conduct regular workplace experience sweeps to ensure cleanliness and stock replenishment.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workplace experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients
  • Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps to ensure cleanliness and stock replenishment
  • Handle administrative tasks, including emails, phone calls, workspace management, and vendor oversight
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace activations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher education
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, facility management, or related fields
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Adaptability to new technologies and applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
