We are now looking for a leader to expand and elevate our Tailor-Made business to unlock new opportunities.
As General Manager of Tailor-Made, you'll lead the strategy, growth, and innovation, and partner with the technology team to identify and design the technology solutions to scale our tailor-made business.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an entrepreneurial leadership role within a global brand—one where you can shape a long-term vision, build a scalable business model, and deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes, all while staying true to Intrepid's values and purpose-driven DNA.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne or London, on a hybrid basis, and will require some travel to our regional and global destinations (~10%).
Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include: 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, with proven commercial leadership Strategic leadership experience in FIT, bespoke, premium, or private travel models A strong track record in scaling new business and launching into new global markets A creative, ambitious, and innovative mindset, paired with a sharp commercial and operational focus—you bring big ideas and the drive to deliver them The ability to zoom out to define the vision and strategy, and zoom in to be hands-on in making it happen Our people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit: Intrepid is made up of 58 nationalities across 46 countries, and we recognize that diversity makes us a stronger business.
