**What you'll be doing**

As the Onboarding associate you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (Nurses and Caregivers) to ensure Homage can deliver on the operational requirements in a timely manner.

This is the perfect entry level role to take your first steps in an exciting, fast-growing business.

**You will..**
- Facilitate the timely onboarding of Care Professionals by supporting them through each onboarding stage which includes interviewing, documentation uploading and obtaining of Police Checks and ABN numbers;
- Re-engage with our newly onboarded Care Professionals;
- Manage and maintain accurate data in our CRM System;
- Assisting management with the preparation of customer communication materials;
- Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects.

**Skills you will need**
- Experience in a customer service role, operations, recruitment or community engagement
- Clear and engaging communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
- A good level of IT competence (ie. Google Suite)
- Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated
