Our team is growing Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Onboarding Officer to join our Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) ANZ business to handle and maintain the onboarding of external clients across the functions. You will role will also oversee maintenance of our CRM system and provide project support to new business initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake the complete life cycle of onboarding (clients, counterparties, and other institutions such as exchanges, registries etc. (KYC through to set-up))
- Supporting the Business in liaising directly with clients during the onboarding process
- Supporting the business in projects around new business activities set-up
- Assisting the Head of Commercial in producing & updating appropriate records and documentation
- Ensure new clients are completed in GEMFORCE and monitor inputs from other areas and systems

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have sound experience in onboarding process including KYC, Credit and Legal.

You will also have:

- Experience in documentation of client master agreements (preferred)
- Understanding of Derivatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**The Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) business unit** is the fully integrated trading arm of the ENGIE Group.
