We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.

This full-time role focuses on delivering an outstanding employee experience across candidate screening, onboarding, and related documentation and processes.

The position is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with in-office work on St Kilda Road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure all administrative requirements are completed and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks such as Health Declarations and Visas to ensure new employees meet fitness and immigration requirements.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate interviews for retail management and casual roles.
  • Issue employment contracts, policies, and all other relevant documents.
  • Address new employee queries regarding contracts and onboarding processes and provide system support during onboarding.
About You / Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, or a recent HR graduate / current HR student seeking experience in the industry.
  • Good working knowledge of TA and/or HR practices, award interpretation, and employment conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
