About the Role
- Coordinate and manage a team of staff in performing duties to ensure day-to-day tasks are achieved within established timeframes and standards, ensuring appropriate medical record service levels are maintained.
- Work as part of the Health Information Management team to drive improvements in record management principles.
- Review, monitor and maintain processes to manage medico-legal service provision across the Bayside Health Service Facilities.
- Perform the function of Right to Information (RTI)/ Information Privacy (IP) Delegated Decision maker for all RTI/IP Act requests.
- This position has direct supervisory and management responsibility for all Medical Record and Information Access administrative staff within the Health Information Management Service.
