**Job Description**:
The Court Reporting Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and work allocation of a team of stenographers and for managing the end-to-end administration for all stenographer court reporting assignments. The Resourcing Coordinator will liaise with Operations and IT departments, as well as Epiq's clients to ensure all assignments are resourced appropriately and completed on time and to a high standard. They will be also responsible for ensuring all stenographer assignments are appropriately invoiced and billed.
The Resourcing Coordinator will liaise closely with Epiq's teams in Asia and the UK to forecast work levels and ensure appropriate resource levels are maintained for upcoming assignments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES- Manage work allocation to stenographer resource according to their skill level and availability- Liaise with Transcript Supervisors/Managers in other States regarding resource allocations and effective management of resource- Oversee transcript delivery, ensuring all transcripts are delivered within required timeframe- Prepare detailed quotes for clients- Respond promptly to all resourcing enquiries from clients, stenographers and internal Epiq teams- Confirm all job details with resource prior to commencement of assignment- Be point of contact for any out-of-hours queries from stenographers- Ensure all resources are aware fees to be claimed and equipment required for each assignment- Oversee remote assignments, booking flights and accommodation and confirming applicable travel rates etc.- Assist in the recruitment, induction, training and facilitation of quality control of all stenographer resources; to ensure that all work is delivered in the highest quality in a timely manner.- Identify opportunities for process improvements- Maintain familiarity with a variety of industry software and technologies- Conduct periodic audits of resource invoices- Conduct regular meetings with resource- Attend weekly diary meetings- Participate in projects as required by the business- Participate in performance reviews, goal setting exercises and annual security compliance modules- Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times, and to work within and comply with company safety policies and procedures

EDUCATION- High School Graduate
EXPERIENCE- 3 years' experience coordinating independent contractors, vendors, volunteers or remote teams
