Resource Coordinator

The role involves managing the end-to-end resourcing process, writing job ads, organizing interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with HR, hiring managers and supporting the talent program. Maintaining e-lists, compiling recruitment reports, managing onboarding processes and continuous improvements in resourcing procedures are also integral to this position.

Additionally, the Resource Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance monitoring and stakeholder communication while working closely with a dynamic team.

  • A highly organized and proactive individual with a background in recruitment coordination, HR administration or project management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
