**About wiq**
In wiq, our purpose is to unlock the power of data to reimagine retail. We leverage advanced analytics capabilities and agile ways of working to solve the most complex problems in retail, for both the Woolworths Group and international retailers
wiq delivers four types of work; platform solutions and products, process tools and solutions, analytical solutions, foundational enablers.
**The Role**
As a resource coordinator within wiq you will support the Delivery Manager with the coordination of resource supply and demand across a domain.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with team leads and delivery managers to identify resource needs across Use Cases
- Support the Delivery Manager with the allocation of resources within the domain
- Monitor resource utilisation to ensure optimal allocation across the domain
- Ensure the governance process is adhered to when allocating resources to Use Cases
- Contribute to the creation of reports surfacing resource management insights to the domain
- Monitor project forecasts and funding based on resource allocation, flagging issues to Delivery Management
- Share any ideas with delivery managers for how resource management could be more effective within their space
- Raise Purchase Orders for contractors where required Participate in all domain planning meetings, taking minutes, capturing actions and ensuring closure of actions
**About you**
- 2-3 years of experience coordinating resources and/or projects
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management & engagement
- Self starter who is willing to get stuck in Data & Analytics experience preferred - Familiarity with Machine learning & Data Engineering practices
