Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective allocation of resources to meet the needs of our members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks related to overtime allocation and make recommendations for improvement.
- Effectively resourcing to optimize member service within budgeted costs.
- Scheduling events, training, and meetings for the team.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure sufficient resource coverage.
- Responding to employee enquiries regarding overtime.
- Supporting engagement and promoting a positive team culture.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S legislation and fatigue management processes.
- Providing reporting insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong administrative and team support skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a remote environment.
