About The Role
  • Coordinate resources planning and allocations to effectively meet the project's KPIs.
  • Proactively understand the forecasted workforce requirements and coordinate rosters and shifts accordingly.
  • Plan for absences (both planned and unplanned) and coordinate replacements within short time frames.
  • Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals or assigning additional staff.
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate resources performance data, SLAs and progress against KPIs to base decision making and support optimal resources utilisation.
  • Develop and maintain networks to ensure effective coordination of information and timely responses to meet project's strategies and a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resources utilisation.
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to a compliant standard and in accordance with the client contract.
About You
  • Background in resource planning, scheduling and labour management preferably within the telecommunications industry for similar (eg: electrical)
  • Experience co-ordinating subcontractors and field staff in remote locations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and ensure smooth operation of sites.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience utilising Power BI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
