Job Description Provide tailored employment support to clients, ensuring their readiness for sustainable job placements.Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for clients.Deliver employment workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance job-seeking skills.Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes in accordance with organisational guidelines.Build and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community partners and training providers.Identify and address any barriers to employment for clients, offering practical solutions and support.Monitor and report on employment outcomes to ensure service delivery targets are met.Support the continuous improvement of employment service programs.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Employment Specialist should have:Relevant qualifications in human resources, social work, or a related field.Experience in employment services or a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports.Knowledge of employment barriers and strategies to overcome them.A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving outcomes.Commitment to delivering client-focused services with professionalism and empathy.
