**About the Role**
We're seeking a proactive and capable Facilities Coordinator to oversee property and equipment maintenance across multiple locations. This isn't your typical desk job and it's not a handyman position—it's a dynamic and well-supported role that involves managing external contractors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
**What You'll Do**

- Troubleshoot breakdowns and coordinate contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Schedule and oversee proactive and reactive maintenance for buildings and equipment.
- Manage ongoing projects, ensuring budget and timelines are met.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and address potential concerns proactively.
- Provide administrative support for project-related tasks and business support as needed.
**About You**
- You're a quick thinker who thrives on solving problems and finding effective solutions.
- You have a background in coordinating tradespeople, contractors, or property management tasks.
- Your organisational and time management skills are exceptional, and you excel at juggling priorities.
- Communication is your strong suit—you're a natural at negotiating and keeping teams informed.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools to stay on top of tasks.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary of $70,000.
- A dynamic and engaging work environment with no two days alike.
- A weekly travel allowance for site visits and errands.
- Established systems and procedures to support your role.
- The chance to make a meaningful impact on the success of our operations.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:
- Travel reimbursement
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
