Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Facilities Management Specialist to manage our physical assets.

This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

You will act as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests from the team, schedule repairs, plan proactive and reactive maintenance, and troubleshoot breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and coordinate with contractors
  • Plan and schedule proactive and reactive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement effective solutions
  • Provide administrative support and assistance with project-type tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience coordinating contractors
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities

Your Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and police clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, & Word)
