As a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator Facilities Management, you will oversee and manage the City's Building and Community Facilities Asset Management Plan (BMAP). This role plays a central part in shaping long-term strategies and renewal programs for community assets.

To be successful, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in facilities or asset management
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
- Minimum ten years' experience in facilities management
- Significant experience in developing capital renewal programs
- Experience in budgeting and expenditure management
- Leadership, coordination and negotiation skills
- Communication, consultation and organisational ability

This position attracts a salary range of $125,891 - $134,254 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
