Project Marketing Manager Position

The role of Project Marketing Manager is a crucial position within the marketing team, reporting to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing marketing plans and budgets, and ensuring effective communication.

  • Work closely with the EGM of Marketing to define overarching marketing strategies for projects and oversee daily account management and project marketing activities.
  • Develop lead acquisition and conversion strategies to provide qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases, and general marketing collateral.
  • Be involved in the development of copy for various marketing materials, including EDMs, SMS, and social posts.
  • Develop and manage project marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies.
  • Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive, ensuring development and regular one-on-ones are conducted, as well as professional development plans.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential property marketing and land lease knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project-based marketing activities.
  • A growth mindset and ability to work collaboratively within the team, wider business, and with agencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
  • Confidence and ability to travel approximately once monthly, including 5-hour drives, and be resourceful in ways to get to various locations.
