**About the role**:
Officeworks has a bold vision to drive rapid market share growth of the business over the next three years by developing an ecosystem that Australians rely on to start, run and grow their businesses. To achieve our vision, we need to execute on a business proposition that is sufficiently differentiated in value and set up the 'growth engine' within the organisation to be able to continually explore, validate and deliver on that proposition. It will require us to work in a customer centric and lean way, while building specific and deep B2B customer knowledge and capability.
This role is key in setting up this capability and establishing the B2B 'growth engine' at Officeworks. Key areas of focus will include:
- Define and execute a north star value proposition and experience for business customers and continually iterate and improve on the experience based on customer feedback and business results. Lead and facilitate the exploration of new growth opportunities within our B2B function
- Assess desirability, feasibility and viability of opportunities and lead engagements and explorations with potential partnersTake those initiatives from early experimentation with customers to rapid growth and scale in market.
- Implement new tools and ways of working to increase growth, speed and collaboration
In addition, the person in this role will be a champion of modern ways of working, influencing the broader organisation in its transformation journey. Championing and supporting innovation across the organisation by mentoring and enabling with tools, methods, initiatives and overall inspiration.
**About you**:
- Established/ grown** new ventures** (either in a startup or in an establish organisation)
- Led initiatives leveraging methodologies such as **human centred design** and **Lean startup**:
- Facilitated groups of people to achieve an outcome
- Experience in working in complex stakeholder environments
Your ability to think laterally, communicate concepts to a broad range of audiences and your strong problem solving ability will be key to success in this new role.
