Job Overview

Alinta Energy is seeking an experienced Strategic B2B Marketing Leader to drive growth across Small Business (SME) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customer segments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, refining value propositions, and enhancing lead generation.

This is a pivotal role in our marketing team, requiring strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will work closely with sales, product, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated into business operations and deliver measurable commercial impact.

  • Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting SME and C&I segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to integrate marketing into operations.
  • Manage third-party partnerships to support national sales initiatives.
  • Analyse performance data to optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Your Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in B2B segment marketing, with a proven ability to drive strategic growth and establish marketing foundations in new or evolving business areas.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on measurable commercial impact.
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams.
