**The Opportunity**

**About the role**:

- Being the first point of contact for all inquiries including but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order inquiries and much more
- Entering all sales order information into our internal databases
- Liaise with customers in relations to purchase orders

**You will possess the following key attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and navigate between system and databases
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Experienced working within a fast paced customer service environment with high volume order processing is not essential but advantageous
