The Role:In this key position, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. This involves managing day-to-day order management functions and ensuring seamless order processing through enterprise resource planning systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders in accordance with established protocols
- Create orders and invoices in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, preferably SAP
- Administer sales support functions to achieve business goals and targets
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales teams for credit approval, shipments, and site deliveries
- Coordinate with local vendors for site deliveries
- Work closely with third-party logistics warehouses for customer site deliveries
- 2-5 years of experience as a sales administrator or support role
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Hands-on experience with customer relationship management software
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Exceptional data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
