Membership Specialist – Part-Time (Minimum 24 Hours with opportunities for additional hours)
The Role
The Membership Specialist supports the onboarding of Crown Sydney members by delivering a customer-focused experience while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. This role also involves managing records with precision and attention to detail.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and aligned with Crown's values.
Facilitate membership onboarding in line with service standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure data accuracy through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC, and Privacy is advantageous but not essential.
About You
Previous experience in a VIP customer-facing role such as onboarding, registration, rewards and loyalty, or front office.
Passionate about customer service.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frontline environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences, including probity and credit clearance.
Proficiency in a second language is advantageous but not required.
Availability to work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster, including evening shifts up to midnight.
Commitment to peak trade shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one additional weekday.
