**Membership Growth Specialist Role**This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to drive membership growth, develop your customer service and sales skills, and become a key contributor to the success of our club.We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. As a Membership Growth Specialist, you will play a vital role in inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals, driving membership retention, and contributing to the overall growth of our club.Job Description:In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, drive membership growth through outreach activities, generate and convert high-quality sales leads, and provide exceptional customer service that motivates members to continue their fitness journey.You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating referrals, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also work closely with our existing members to provide positive interactions, answer enquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds their expectations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to exceed targets. You will also need to be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
