**Seeking Customer service super stars**

This is a great opportunity for customer service specialists to join a reputable organisation within the not for profit space with a great team culture.

This role is currently a 4 month temporary assignment, working full time from the office based in the Milton area.

You will be joining a lovely team in the membership space, supporting a busy period of membership renewals. You will be answering incoming calls from members; updating information in relation to their membership, processing payments and providing information on the organisation's services.

Full training will be provided

**What experience/qualities do you need to have?**
- Proven phone based customer service experience
- Must be able to commit to a **Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm for 4 months + full time in the office**:

- Must be available to commence on **Monday 22nd May**:

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with customers at all levels
- Be able to work calmly under pressure and effectively time manage
- Have excellent communication both written and verbal
- Great active listening, empathy and problem solving skills
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
