We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Growth Specialist to join our team at Fitness First St Leonards.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by interacting with potential members, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Proactively contribute to club sales goals through effective outreach activities, sales promotions, and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and the identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions and tailored solutions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
  • Open and close the club according to the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to provide creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire others
  • Drive and goal-focus, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • A team player who can work collaboratively towards shared goals
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Benefits:

We offer a competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus superannuation. You will also receive a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership, anniversary leave days, and additional free gym memberships for friends and family.
