Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive a proactive and service-oriented approach to membership growth and retention.
  • Support branch and specialist network committees to enhance member experience through programs and events.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to support strategic goals and improve member experience.
  • Manage and meet targets for membership, sponsorship, and events.
  • Assist in communication and marketing activities.
  • Conduct reporting, maintain accurate member data, and perform ad hoc duties.
Key Requirements
  • Experience within a membership or customer experience role.
  • Experience in acquisition and retention of customers/members.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional, personable, and motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and translate data into member insights.
