**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage ShiftCare's events pipeline across the Australia, the US, and Canada.
- Determine event goals, set KPIs, and measure event effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Source, scope, and coordinate logistics, ensuring all resources are prepared for a smooth event experience.
- Keep up to date with industry events, validating which opportunities align with ShiftCare's goals.
- Plan and execute quarterly ShiftCare customer events in Australia.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure event strategies support broader business goals.
- Work with the North American sales team to manage their event pipeline, with occasional early morning meetings (7am Sydney time).
- Be hands-on at local events, overseeing setup, breakdown, and execution.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in events marketing, with a track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful events.
- Experience in the NDIS industry is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
- Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with international teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be joining a close-knit Marketing team of 4, working closely with Sales and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
