About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating confirmed events by gathering client requirements and ensuring all details — timings, audio-visual equipment, catering, and more — are accurately captured in our Customer Relationship Management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client management: Coordinating confirmed events by gathering client requirements and ensuring all details are accurately captured in the CRM.
  • Handling client inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Event Coordination: Managing event logistics, liaising with clients and suppliers to finalize details, and ensuring a seamless handover to venue delivery teams.
  • Inter-departmental Communication: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
