Handling client inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Event Coordination: Managing event logistics, liaising with clients and suppliers to finalise details, and ensuring a seamless handover to venue delivery teams.Inter-departmental Communication: Collaborating with internal teams (Operations, AV, Event Services) to ensure smooth event execution.Who Thrives in This Role?
