**About the role**

Looking for a highly capable and self-motivated Administrator to take ownership of this exciting permanent role. The successful applicant will be accustomed to a fast paced and dynamic environment and will have a high level of attention to detail. This role is heavily administrative, and data focused which requires an individual that is motivated, forward-thinking and can take initiative. This is a valuable opportunity for a talented Rates Card Administrator to join a high performing team and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**

Playing a key support role within the business, you will assist the Senior Sales Administrator with rate & fee management. The role will include but not be limited to:

- Receive and respond to sales & customer enquiries
- Liaise and maintain communication with clients
- Assist and investigate client issues
- Provide sales quotes and updates on rates
- Update and maintain internal databases
- Produce rate letters regarding registration, extensions & expiration
- Run reports and assist with audits when necessary
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required

**Skills / Experience**
- Experience within Transport or logistics required
- Demonstrated experience with databases and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Translogix
- Advanced experience in MS Office suite of programs
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Curiosity/interest in data is desirable
- Ability to work within a high-volume environment.
- Good written communication skills
