Valuation and Rating Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Valuation and Rating Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Valuation and Rating Services Unit, including data entry, record management and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, responding to enquiries and providing timely solutions.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, property valuation).
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in database management and record-keeping software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work assignments.
