Job Title: Rate Card Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rate Card Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing rate & fee management, responding to sales & customer enquiries, liaising with clients, investigating client issues, providing sales quotes and updates on rates, updating and maintaining internal databases, producing rate letters regarding registration, extensions & expiration, and running reports and assisting with audits when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience within Transport or logistics, demonstrated experience with databases and reporting, excellent knowledge of Translogix, advanced experience in MS Office suite of programs, very high attention to detail and accuracy, curiosity/interest in data, ability to work within a high-volume environment, and good written communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Sales Administrator with rate & fee management
  • Receive and respond to sales & customer enquiries
  • Liaise and maintain communication with clients
  • Assist and investigate client issues
  • Provide sales quotes and updates on rates
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Produce rate letters regarding registration, extensions & expiration
  • Run reports and assist with audits when necessary

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
